・個人・企業・団体、どなたでも無料で使用できます。
・商用利用可、改変二次加工可、権利者および当サイトのクレジット不要。
・以下のご利用はできません。
再配布・素材そのものの販売・ロゴなどの商標登録・メインコンテンツとしての商用利用・公序良俗に反する利用。
・当サイトで公開している画像は、全て上記の規約で利用できますが権利は手放していません。
（ただし、ＳＮＳや埋め込みリンクなど、外部リンクが設定されているものは他者の著作物でありフリー素材ではありません。）
・素材の使用に関するトラブルは、利用者が負うものとします。

・国会図書館デジタルコレクションより直接引用する場合、上記の条件とは 別にクレジット表記の引用ルールがありますのでご注意ください。
・当サイトのものは、二次的利用にあたるのでクレジット表記は不要です。
